Before you write
- Include the TikTok URL you tried (public videos only).
- Mention your browser and device (for example Safari on iPhone, or Chrome on Android).
- Note what happened: error message, missing MP3, download that stops halfway, etc.
- Check the FAQ on the homepage — many issues are fixed by re-pasting the link after TikTok media tokens expire.
What we can help with

What we cannot do
- Fetch private, friends-only, or deleted TikToks.
- Grant copyright permission for content you did not create.
- Provide official support on behalf of TikTok or ByteDance.
